Well folks, over the years I have become a lot of things and
last weekend I became a “Dance Mom”. Now,
I assure you I will NEVER be a true dance mom, you’re welcome, but I did love
dressing little Teagan in a tutu on Saturday!!

Teagan has always been our tiny dancer, she loves music and
is always dancing and twirling. I love
it! When we told her we had to go
shopping for a tutu and dance shoes she literally couldn’t stop wiggling with
glee. A-dorable! So, on Saturday while Jude and Jeremy headed
to the baseball fields to T-Ball practice us girls got dance ready!

This is a “real” dance studio so during dance the parents do
not get to watch – this means the dance moms have 45 minutes of coffee time in
the waiting area. Hello lovely! As we chat and sip we hear the kiddos
laughing, fun songs playing and the cute taps from tap shoes. We did get to have a little preview of what
they learned and it was fun for me to see her on the dance floor.

Once she realized it was time to head home she started
crying!! Totally broke my heart but with
the help of her teachers we convinced her that we would be back in a few
days! Thank goodness! She really is a Tiny Dancer and I am
beginning to think she may have found her “calling”. I cannot wait for her recital in December. In true Dance Studio fashion, she will even
get her own costume! So much cuteness
coming in the next few months!

What fall sports and activities are your kiddos getting
involved with?
involved with?
Awww she is too cute. Sounds like she had a blast.
She is a little cutie! My son is involved in marching band and they are just starting their competition season. So that means lots of practices and a competition every Saturday through the beginning of November. We love it though!
Your dancing daughter is just adorable! I had a little pint-sized dancer too and then she evolved into a gymnastics nut! 🙂
Adorable! My daughter was never into dance…makes me kinda sad I never had a tiny ballerina. 🙂
Awesome!! I used to be a dance mom and now I'm a cheer mom (one on a university team one a elementary team). Lol! Our dance days were sure special times that's for sure.
She is adorable! So glad she enjoyed it (enough to cry at the end even)!
We are traveling a lot so we're not doing any set classes or sports. My daughter loves ballet, however, and we will be resuming that when we settle.
🙂

OMg what a cutie she is. Son is back to his marching band schedule and that means football every friday night
She is adorable. Sounds like she really has developed a love of dance already.
It sounds like she's loving it! It will be awesome when you can finally see her dance at the recital.
Aw she looks so cute in her dance outfit! My daughter took dance when she was younger too.
So cute! Sometimes I wish I had a daughter to share those moments! Enjoy!
What a cutie! I just became a soccer mom, ha!
Teagan is absolutely precious in her dance ensemble. I hope she has fun in her new activity!
Memories! I remember my daughters first dance class and how much anxiety I had. She had none. lol. My son is playing basketball and golf. My Senior daughter is playing tic-tac-toe across my emotions and nerves. That is a sport, right? I hope Teagan loves her dance classes!
