Have you made it through your Christmastime hangover yet? Heading back to work after a long weekend of Christmas celebrating was really hard this week. Hard to believe that Christmas is behind us and we are now focusing on the New Year! I always get so excited about this time of the year because it means there is a new beginning to be looking forward too. It also means it is time to throw a little party!
Don’t get me wrong, I love hosting a good party but after all of the Christmastime festivities my inspiration and energy level isn’t where it normally is. As I was starting to think about how we could have a little celebration to ring in the New Year I happened to stumble on these party perfect Cracker Barrel Cheese Trays. I believe that cheese, crackers, veggies, dip and fruit are the best way to keep guests entertained and ready for the bigger meal when hosting a party like this. These pre-cut trays made party prep so much easier.
When I saw how easy my appetizer/snack table was going to be I decided I better channel my inner party planner for some fun decorations for New Years Eve. I am glad I found that creative bug because these New Year’s Paper Fan Clock Decorations are seriously adorable! I cannot wait to show them off!! Oh, and even though they looks amazing, I promise it takes little thought and time!
1. Open paper fans and secure them with tape. I used all different colors and sizes. I had a lot left over from past parties. Great item to keep handy!
2. Print out printable Happy New Year clock printable.
3. Cut out each clock individually.
4. Tape clock printable onto the front of each paper fan.
5. Paper fan clocks are now ready to be hung around the New Years Eve party! Cute and so easy!
I decided to make the paper fan clocks the back drop to our New Years Eve appetizer/snack table. The variety of colors and sizes really add to the great effect! These decorations will certainly be the talk of the party.
Time to celebrate and ring in the New Year with friends and family. I cannot wait to share our fun paper fan clocks and some yummy snacks.
