It is a busy time of year in our house, I am sure it is in yours too.  The hustle and bustle is real and in full effect.  Sometimes I look at my calendar and see the days of the holidays literally melting away from us and it brings me back to reality.  Makes me take a breather and plan something that makes our whole family stop, cuddle, snack and enjoy each other’s company – movie night!

I declared that night a Minions Movie Night and quickly got to thinking about what I could make for a fun and creative movie snack after dinner.  Then it hit me, put away the popcorn and create something Minions themed of course!

I can not wait to see the new Minion movie!! The kids have already watched but I missed it the first time. I can totally see my kids licking off all of the chocolate off the apple and then want another one. LOL!!

I don't have little ones and I've never seen a Minion movie. But these apples are the cutest and look like the easiest things to make! 🙂

My kiddos love candy covered apples! That's the first thing they ask for at the fair or any place we go where they see them. I know they'd love these Minion versions! So cute!

Those did turn out cute as can be. I love the minions, these would be a fun way to bring the movie into the house. Maybe the 'elf' could do it. 😉

Your candy covered apples are adorable. We love the minions as well and cannot wait to see the new movie. My kids are older but we are still going to see the movie together. Minions are sort of like the Cars movie, you just never outgrow it.

How adorable are these little guys?! The process reminds me of being a kid and making caramel apples with my grandma. Their cute little eyes are funny and you decorated them perfectly. Guaranteed your kids are going to remember this movie night!
