Our number 1 recipe of 2015 was our Green Bean Casserole Stuffed Onion Rings! These were so fun to make and even more fun to serve. This was a great twist on the traditional Green Bean Casserole that we all love. Perfect for parties, game day and even traditional family meals.
Number 2 is a perfect casserole with a Mexican flair! Our Baked Layered Taco Pie is a super easy one dish meal that we love!
Number 4 on our list for 2015 is two great weekend meals on a weeknight schedule. I love cooking but do not want to be in the kitchen for long. Obviously we are not the only ones that think this way! Number 9 is a recipe that fits in my favorite meal category – Breakfast! I made this Overnight Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole for a welcome brunch at work – it was a hit and I was really surprised how easy it was to make before work!
Number 10 is a recipe that shares our family love of muffins. Greek Yogurt Blueberry Muffins are the perfect thing to have on hand for easy breakfast or snacks.
I have not had dinner yet and looking at all of these recipes is really making me hungry! I can see my family enjoying the fruit filled cones during the summer. Such a refreshing treat on a hot day.
I like the idea of the fresh fruit cones. Any way to make fruit more fun is tops with me. Kids need to eat more whole foods so this recipe makes it fun -Cristine
