It is no surprise to our close family and friends that Jeremy and I love the Hard Rock Cafe. We visit the Denver location at least two times a year to celebrate each of our birthdays with friends but over the last year we have found ourselves visiting even more times than that. We are lucky to have a location just a few minutes from us right in the heart of Downtown Denver.
Last week we were invited to the Hard Rock Cafe to be introduced to an exclusive, limited-time burger in partnership with Guinness. Perfect timing for a date night – Guinness happens to be Jeremy’s favorite beer! This burger is unbelievable – The Guinness & Jameson Bacon Cheeseburger.
During our pairing experience we were able to meet with some Guinness representatives and hear all about Guinness. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I actually enjoyed Guinness. Confession – I have never been a beer drinker and I had always thought that Guinness was a heavy beer. That evening I learned different – it is actually a very light beer but a dark stout. Lesson learned. Since 1759, Guinness has been brewed in Dublin, Ireland, and the bold roast pairs perfectly with grilled meats. And if you saw my newest recipe you know that you can also bake with it!! Guinness Snickerdoodles – yup AMAZING!!
That burger sounds amazing! The next time we are near a Hard Rock, we will have to give it a try! We went to Hard Rock in Atlanta for my daughter's birthday, such a fun place to celebrate!
Yes for sure. I know son would devour it in a minute if he could.
We love Hard Rock as well! What ever city we are in – if it has a Hard Rock – we always go there. We even went in Brussels when we were in Europe
YUMMM! Whys does it have to leave in April? That looks so good! We don't have a Hard Rock locally, we may need a road trip!
Bacon cheeseburgers are my favorite, so this looks absolutely incredible! Hard Rock always has the best food and atmosphere!
Oh my goodness that burger looks SO GOOD! So juicy and tasty! Love that you learned how to do that awesome pour! haha
