Living in the beautiful city of Denver we have a lot of choices when it comes to staying downtown.  Hotels are located on every corner and so many of them are amazing.  When we had the opportunity to enjoy a kids free night downtown after my work party a few weeks ago we were so excited.  We stayed at the Downtown Denver Luxury Warwick Hotel. Ironically, this hotel is just down the street from Jeremy’s work but neither of us had stayed there before now.

The staff and service at the Warwick was 5 star.  They were kind and helpful when were trying to decide our plans for the evening before my work event.  Oh and when I sliced my finger something terrible they even gave me a couple of bandages.  When it comes to staying away from the kids and our own bed, we look for the little things like good service, nice amenities, friendly staff and a get-away feeling.  The Warwick had all of this.

Our room was perfect for our little night away.  Clean and comfortable and really big actually.  Each of the rooms lets you step outside into the refreshing Denver air and enjoy the balcony and if it is too cold you can still look at the views from the floor to ceiling window.

Do you know how nice it is to come back to the room and enjoy the TV without having to watch Miles From Tomorrowland?  Yes, sounds funny but we were so comfortable after my party that we just sat and vegged out.  It was glorious!  Kid free night – we get all kinds of crazy!!

After an amazingly peaceful nights sleep we got up and enjoyed breakfast at Randolph’s Restaurant & Bar, which is “connected” to the Warwick. Randolph’s Restaurant & Bar is an icon in the Mile High City and a favorite dining spot of locals. The breakfast was fantastic. It was so convenient to have this option before headed to pick up the kids and come back to parenthood reality.

One of my favorite things about the Warwick Denver Hotel was the decor.  The hallways with beautiful molding made me want to have my home look like this.  So classic yet inviting.  So many simple touches of Denver and the history of our city in the pictures found all over the hotel as well.  For example:  In our bathroom we had a photo from the 40’s of the bath house in Glenwood Springs.  Such a great touch!

Thank you Warwick Denver Hotel for giving us time to recharge.  This hotel has gone on our top hotels list for sure.  While you are planning your summer travels make sure you add Denver to your list and make sure one night is spent at Warwick.

    I love Denver! I'm adding this hotel to my list for places to stay. My favorite things include feeling like I am "getting away" even if it is locally and trying new restaurants.

    I did not even know this place existed. I love getaways, they give us all breathing room and just time to feel like you are on a vacation in a new place!
