No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Over Fourth of July weekend we had a little get together with some family and friends.  As I was planning the menu I decided that I wanted to make something special for our dessert after fireworks.  I started thinking about pie – because America – but didn’t want a fruit pie and then it came to me.  Peanut Butter Cups!

Ingredients:

Pre-made chocolate cookie pie crust, chilled
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups chopped peanut butter cups

Directions:

1.  Place chocolate cookie pie crust in refrigerator while preparing the filling.

I was super nervous to attempt making this pie but I was really surprised how easy it was.  Honestly, the hardest part was chopping the peanut butter cups!  HA!  Everyone who had a piece of this pie said it was yummy.  Success!!  Even the kids loved it!  It was a perfect after fireworks dessert this fourth of July!

I love making No Bake desserts and I love your No Bake Peanut Butter Pie! It looks so delicious and I will be making it. I made my Strawberry Banana Pudding that is so good! It has vanilla wafers in between the bananas, strawberrys and whipped cream with pudding!

I love no bake dessert because they are simple to make and don't require heating up the house in the summer. My husband loves peanut butter cups and would love this. I think I will have to make this soon.

This is one of my family's favorite flavor combinations. We cannot get enough of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Double bonus that it is a no bake dessert. I hate using the oven in the summer, but my family does not stop wanting desserts. Definitely giving this a try.

OMG that looks so divine! I love peanut butter. 🙂 I think it's also sinful but eating a small peanut butter cup may be worth the calories anyway.

No Bake Desserts are always so simple! Your Peanut Butter Pie looks simply amazing, and like something that you fussed over. This is such a great way to end a fun-filled night!

You had me at "no bake!" Our house gets so hot when you turn on the oven in the summer! This is the perfect dessert for our upcoming family get-together!

We were actually really good for most of the weekend and snacked on fruits and cheeses. The fact that we didn't go to any type of holiday cook out probably helped. We did make a no churn ice cream recipe we found online, but I let the kids have their way with it.
