This meal is great for a Sunday evening at home. My kids did think the cranberries were a bit too tart but the meat itself was perfectly cooked.  You can serve pork chops with out the cranberry and apple relish as well.

What is your favorite fall crockpot meal?

wow – this sounds and looks soooo good. I love pork chops but hate making them. Sooooo doing it this way in the crockpot is an excellent idea and one that I could easily do. I bet this has lots of flavor too which I love.

I am not usually one that like to have fruit with my meat. Weird, I know. But I have to tell you that this dish is making my mouth water! We're pig farmers, so we have no shortage of pork chops. I'm anxious to try this!

This meal looks and sounds delicious! It's definitely one I will be trying in the very near future! I think one of my favorite crockpot meals would be chicken and dumplings! We never have leftovers because they family loves them so much! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us. I hope you and yours have a very happy Thanksgiving!

The combination is easy AND delicious. I am all about cranberries this time of year from desserts to drinks! I have not tried cranberry and pork before, and it's even better that it's a slow cooker meal!

So easy to make! Smells & looks wonderful! Can't wait to dig into this wonderful meal! I added about 1/2 cup more of brown sugar directly on the cranberries & also added about 1/2 tsp. Allspice to the balsamic vinegar, apple juice mixture. I also used double the amount of everything because I made double the amt. of porkchops. Let you know later how it was.
