Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork is available at Safeway in the fresh meat section and can be found in a number of different cuts and flavors. It can be used in so many ways, grilled, roasted, sautéed, and even slow cooked. It really is a great versatile pork item to add to your menu plans and recipes. This looks so delicious! I'd probably grill it up and then shred it and add it to my foil bag veggies. I think Foil Bagging the food gives the juiciest food with lots of flavor. Now off to buy some Pork!
This looks so good. I have seen Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork at Kroger's and always wondered if this meat was any good. Well, from the looks of things I will be picking one of these Smithfield Marinated Fresh Pork up this weekend. I love the Grilled Potatoes & Veggies Pockets idea!!
Everything looks so good. The veggies look yummy and the meat? I love recipes like this one, perfect for working moms, because we need to be able to feed the family something delicious but that does not take a lot. Making this soon
I really do love pork. I wish my daughter would like it more. And I am very impressed with the way you cooked the veggies in the pocket. I know that aluminum foil is supposed to do a good job. I just haven't used it enough on the grill. Speaking of which, I need to start taking out my grill soon and get using it.
3o minute meals are a must when school starts and I have to get my wits back about me. This looks delicious!
Fast cooking is always better nowadays since we're always busy. Grilling that slab of bacon pork loin looks really efficient. I love challenges and I'm up for this!
