I may share a ton of family friendly and delicious recipes with you all but the honest truth is that most of the time I am searching for a great meal option for the kids that is full of convenience, packed with hidden nutrition and something my kids enjoy.  Life gets busy and when the kids get hungry they do not play nice with mommy!  HA!  So, I have started stocking up on Kidfresh Frozen Meals that are the perfect option for any day that I just need a break but still have to do that whole parent thing and feed my kids.

These frozen meals come in some of my kids very favorite meal options but these meals are not your typical frozen convenience meals.  These meals keeps your kids’ nutrition in mind but the flavors are totally kid friendly.  They are made with up to a half of a cup of hidden veggies in every Kidfresh meal!!  That is so perfect for my son, he is not a veggie eater.

My kids love when I tell them they can look in our freezer and decide which Kidfresh meal they would like me to make for them.  I love that these meals are not only convenient but they are really reasonably priced and come in both singe-serving options as well as multi-serve meals.   Teagan is my chicken gal so she usually goes for one of the chicken options but Jude is really into trying new things so he has enjoyed a number of these Kidfresh Meals, including the fantastic fish sticks!

options are created with the help of a top chef and a pediatric nutritionist! Plus the Kidfresh meals are consistent with USDA dietary guidelines for all children. That is great news! Finding food items for our kids that we can trust and know do not contain artificial flavors or ingredients as well as no synthetic colors or preservatives and have short and clean ingredient lists means we can worry about one less thing in this parenting game.  Kidfresh for the win!!

What a great printable – thank you for that. These are almost like the frozen meals I used to serve my kids but HEALTHIER! I am so happy the options are better these days! My grandkids will be eating this for sure!
It is sad we have to "hide" veggies in the kids meals but all too often the kids want to eat what their friends are. Even if they do enjoy their veggies. This is a lovely option! Thanks for the info.

Life is so busy in this household. We are often heading in different directions. Having meals that are co-created with a pediatric nutritionist makes me feel better about choosing easy meals like this.

Wow! I wish I had found these when our boys were a little younger; we are now struggling with kids' meal vs adult menu! But I love the variety of options with Kidfresh, and your printable babysitter list is awesome! Love how they sneak the veggies into the meal for those picky eaters! 🙂

This are a great idea to leave for the babysitter, although with our busy life schedule I can see myself using them those days that I get out late from work and need fast dinner for the kiddo. I love the choices available and they are affordable too and healthier than take out.

My kids are really picky eaters but these Kidfresh meals looks like something they would eat. Do they make any for adults? 🙂 We need to schedule a date night and have a new sitter so that babysitter printable will really come in handy.

These look wonderful! Like you mentioned, a quick and easy easy meal whether it's a babysitter who's coming over, or even as dinner if you're too busy to cook. The mac and cheese or the chicken meatballs look delish!

Preparing a healthy and easy meal for the family is necessity. If you are working parents life can be very busy at times. I like how many selection of food that is available in the market that you can buy for your kids. That is easy to make and very tasty as well.

This is such a great item especially for those moms who are always on-the-go. My sister is one, and I think this is something she'd love to know. I'll pass it on!

There are so many convenient products out there – but I can't trust them all for my kids. I love that Kidfresh meals have that trust and convenience! The hidden veggies is just awesome for my non-veggie eater! #client
