Last week we got our official Back-To-School email from the school, needless to say, I was shocked and then looked at the calendar and realized that summer break is more than halfway over!! What the what? So, now what? Time to check out those back-to-school lists and start planning; at least that is what I do. “Hi, I’m a planner.”
As the family planner, I literally think about everything when it comes to back-to-school. Not just backpacks, pencils and paper but also school lunches, after school snacks and extra-curricular activities. I would never consider myself a pinterest mom, even though I try really hard but I really do want to make sure that show as much love as I can for my kids during their school day.
One way that I can do this is by packing great lunches and snacks for my kids when they head to school. This is where I swoop in and pick up the kids favorite snacking treats like pretzels and sandwich crackers. Talk about easy to please!

Adorable and so easy to make. Anytime I add these to Jude’s lunch box or backpack I hear how much he loved them when he enjoyed his snack at school. Finding just a little extra time to create these snack bags lets me show a little extra love for the school day.
When gearing up for school lunches and snacks we head to the store to pick up Lance Sandwich Crackers and Snyder’s of Hanover pretzels minis. Both of these items and brands are great because they are quality snacks that I love giving to my kids. There are so many varsities of flavors and the are conveniently packaged. Back-to-School can be stressful, adding these items to your list for school lunches and snacks will help save your sanity. No need to be a Pinterest mom this school year. Instead, Pack With Love!
How do you Pack With Love during the school year?
I'm childfree, so I don't have to pack lunches, but I wanted to say that those butterfly bags are adorable and I'm dying for some decent pretzels! For being so close to Germany, Denmark (where I live) barely has any pretzels available. I'm going back to the States in September for the first time in 6 years and I'm very much looking forward to some decent pretzels, which have always been my favorite snack. Snyders are totally on my list 🙂
I don't have any children, but I do have younger siblings. This would be a great to suggest to my mom for my brother and sister. Who knows, I may even try these myself once fall semester starts lol. I can be a big kid!
These are really cute!! When my kids were younger, we always did Bento boxes every day. Now, that they're older, they make their own lunches most days. But, boy are these butterflies cute! Love that they have two different snacks in them…my kids always enjoy variety. And that's an awesome sweepstakes, too! Thanks for sharing.
How cute!! My kids would love these butterflies snack bags, so cute. I can't believe school will be back in session soon, just seem as though summer is flying by. We love the peanut butter crackers, I always pack
them and grapes
This has to be the best idea ever. Perfect on the go quick packing, I love it. I will be trying this from now on with my littles.
When my kids were in school, they always wanted a sack lunch. I wish I'd have thought of the butterfly snack bags. They're adorable. It was always fun to add special mom touches like these. Now that we're empty nesters, maybe I'll surprise my husband and make a few for the snacks he takes on the road when he travels. x
i am so going to be this kind of mom when i have kid. Doing extra special things for my kids. I think its adorable to create these butterfly snack bags!
Those butterfly snack bags are so awesome! I have two school daughters and they both want a snack for school break every day! I really sometime, have no idea what to do for them! Your idea is so useful for me!
Crazy to think its almost time for the kids to head back to school. The summers seem to fly by. These Butterfly snack bags are a super cute idea!
What a cute idea for snack time! I am always looking for fun, new ideas for snacks to send to school so the kids don't get too bored! Plus, I love Snyder's pretzels!
