Disclosure: This post was sponsored Tai Pei, all opinions expressed in my post are my own.

Alright moms its time for a bit of honesty…have you ever forgotten to eat?  Have you had such a busy day that you literally only enjoy your coffee and then – BOOM – it’s dinnertime?  It’s okay, I will admit it.  As a work at home mom with to do lists a mile long I have certainly had days like this but need to stop it.  Usually on days that I forget to eat, I find myself so exhausted by the afternoon..well of course!

During the day, my time is limited, I am sure you feel the same. So when I reach lunch time the biggest challenge I have is finding a fast lunch that tastes great. Recently, we discovered Tai Pei’s new single serve line of Asian inspired frozen entrees.  Not only are these single serving entrees easy to prepare but they are also so good.

Often times when you think of “fast food” the words real, pure and no preservatives are not included in that category.   Tai Pei has changed that with these single serving entrees. The all new, great tasting entrees are made with real, pure ingredients, and no preservatives or artificial ingredients. When I first prepared my Chicken Fried Rice I could see all of those colorful veggies, tender white meat chicken and delicious fried rice; quality food.

Tips For Moms Who Forget To Eat:

  • Take breaks – set an alarm if you can, this will help you stay on schedule through out the day.

  • Make a lunch meal plan – we do them for our dinners, why not plan our lunches as well.
  • Have easy options on hand – as discussed, the Tai Pei single serving meals are perfect for fast lunch options.  They are prepared in under 5 minutes and taste like take-out!
  • Sit at a table – don’t eat at your desk, get up, move to the kitchen table or even find a nice table outside to get some fresh air.
  • Mix it up – don’t have the same sandwich every day, you will get food bored and you might find yourself forgetting to eat again.

New packaging also makes Tai Pei quick and simple to prepare in just minutes in the microwave. Tai Pei entrees offer a wide range of choices each made with flavor-infused rice.  Chicken Fried Rice and Beef and Broccoli might be my favorites so far but I am excited to try the Chicken Chow Mein for my next lunch.

You are absolutely right. We get so busy that we can often forget to nourish and fuel our bodies of essential nutrients. I am working harder at placing my health on top of my daily routines.

I have heard others say that they "forgot" to eat before. I have never really forgotten, because I love food! Haha! BUT, I have not made the time to eat before and skipped a meal because I didn't really feel like I could carve the time out of the day.

I am totally guilty of getting so wrapped up in work that I glance up and it's already nearly dinner time. I have definitely forgotten to have lunch more often than I'd like to admit. I love having healthy, quick meals around because I'm always more likely to eat if I don't have to spend a lot of time preparing or cleaning up after lunch!

I am guilty! I ate one meal today. It is almost 11pm and I am just realizing I have been so busy that I have not eaten since 12 today! Terrible, I know! I will have to look into this. Looks yummy.

Asian food for me is comfort food. My mom cooks great Chinese and Taiwanese dishes every day. It's so nice that Tai Pei offers food that has no preservatives.

It is something I was guilty of when my son was young but now I take the time for three square meals a day. My son would love this Tai Pei meals though for after school and before soccer. Gotta check it out!

Lol! Literally, I was just out running errands and realized I forgot to eat lunch. I so need these in my life! They look delicious.

That actually looks quite good. Sometimes I don't like even trying instant meals like this because they don't look fresh at all but this looks quite nice and I'm Filipino so I'm definitely a rice eater!

I'm all about fast launches. I'm not even a mom yet but I find myself running short on time between working full time and running a blog. I'm always on the lookout for delicious instant meals to mix up my meals.

I have a 10 week old and routinely forget to eat! Which is not good for breast feeding! I've found quick frozen meals like these are the best bet! I'll have to try some of these.
