Tech Toys For Kids = Imagination Running Wild With WowWee, WowWee toys, WowWee robo toys, tech toys for kids, Christmas ideas for kids,

Toys…goodness we have a lot in our house.  My kids are spoiled and I am not ashamed to say that out loud.  But as the kids get older I want the toys that are in our house to not only be fun for the kids but educational.  My kids are pretty good at the whole “techy” thing, pretty soon they will be the ones fixing my laptop and phone when needed.

Every time I see them figuring out a new toy or game I am amazed.  These kids are learning so quickly, they literally can pick up any new toy and learn how it works.  This is the world of tech we are living in now.  Pretty great if you ask me.

As I browse online at all of the top toys of the holiday season I am finding myself wondering…what will my kids ACTUALLY play with and enjoy off of these lists?  It is a question that is probably running through every parents mind right about now.

A few months ago I was introduced to the brand WowWee.  This brand has brought life and technology to toys, making them even cooler for kids!  I’m sure that your kids’ holiday wish list probably has a WowWee toy on it!

The WowWee robo toys are like no other toy.  Not only do they have some very kid friendly characters but they provide hours of fun for the kids.  Oh and the cats in your house!

About the WowWee Botsquad:

The dynamic duo that puts the fun in getting it done! With their bright LED eyes, over 50 funny phrases & sounds, and can-do attitude, no job is too big for the BotSquadTM.

GRiP and Joe Plow are hard-working members of the BotSquad who take on big jobs with a can-do attitude. Full of personality, GRiP and Joe have different personalities, have fun on their own but work together to get the job done.

GRiP is a jack-of-all-trades who loves to grab stuff and haul it around for you. And with J.P., you’d better move it or lose it. This pushy robot will plow stuff out of your way, and will also pull things that you hook to his tow. They’re unlike any construction or truck toy you’ve ever seen of their kind!

Both bots come with a remote control and bricks they can move around. They are also Lego compatible. The Botsquad has comparable features to competing products but at a more value price point. The only RC robotic construction toy for juniors with real pulling and plowing action – not kid powered. Jude and Teagan really love playing with the BotSquad duo.  I especially like seeing them play together as they learn how to navigate the duo.

About the WowWee Minion MiP:

Straight out of Gru’s lair, this motion-detecting, self-balancing henchman is ready to play. Get up to all kinds of mischief with your very own Minion MiP Turbo Dave from WowWee. Packed with fun and games, this self-balancing robot speaks “MinioneseTM” the official Minion language, responds to clapping and hand gestures, and can be controlled from the Turbodave app on your compatible smartphone or tablet! He even has his own Fart Blaster!
The only full experience robotic Minion that brings the Minion world to life.  App pairing for robotic programming and AR experience through game play!

The Minions are so adorable.  When I first showed these to the kids of course the first thing Teagan noticed was the Fart Blaster!  But once we opened the boxes we figured out that these Minions are pretty amazing. They can do so much and once we connected to the App the kids were entertained for a long time.

I was worried that our rugs would make it hard for the robo toys to be used in our main living area but we have found out quickly that these little guys can move on all surfaces.  And, in typical 5 year old form, Teagan tested the Minion MiP Turbo Dave’s durability within the first 5 minutes of playing!  Poor Turbo Dave went down our stairs but came out of that fall with no broken bones or scratches!  These Robo Toys are kid friendly, tested and approved!

I would recommend these items from WowWee for ages 4-99!  Teagan does need a little help navigating the app and it took her longer than Jude to figure out the remote control but she is learning.  Jude has gravitated more towards the Botsquad items and Teagan loves Turbo Dave.

Jude and Teagan have also decided that the Minions and the Botsquad should play and work together.  Most of the time they are playing with these WowWee robo toys they are playing with them together.  Teagan even figured out how to connect the Minion to the back of  GRiP and Joe Plow.  I love seeing the creativity!!

My boys like minions, so they would probably like the WowWee Minion MiP the best. However, it would be tough to choose because they all look fantastic! I think my husband would have a fun time playing with them, too.

These looks like a lot of fun. We love new tech toys and our girls love the Minions. I'll have to look for these.

These little guys are the cutest! I just visited my grandson and couldn't believe how into the Minions he was. I'll definitely be looking for these at Target for Christmas. ps: We have three cats and I'm sure it would be a hoot to see their reaction! x

These guys look so cool! All three of my kids are crazy for minions so they would definitely be excited for a robotic one! I really need to get started on my shopping, thanks for the ideas!

Ohh, these toys are so nice! Good to know about technology and its innovation. I have a cousin who loves minions too and these items would definitely be a nice idea to add in his collections.
