This is a sponsored with Zapzapmath. All opinions are my own and not swayed by outside sources.

It is no surprise that kids are using technology to learn.  Let’s be honest, our kids probably know more about technology than we do.  It is the way it works now. Sure the kids love to get the tablets out to play games but now they also get their tablets out to learn while they play.
A few months ago I shared a new learning app called Zapzapmath.  When we first started using this app it was in the middle of summer break so it was a great option for Jude and Teagan to brush up on some math skills that they might have been losing during the “summer slide”.

Close to 5 months later, we are still talking Zapzapmath and Jude and Teagan are still playing while learning on Zapzapmath.  Love this!!

What is Zapzapmath?

Zapzapmath helps children ages 5-12 with their basic math skill. It allows kids to solve math problems through a series of fun math puzzles that mirror the US Common Core. Its adaptive learning feature provides an interactive teaching tool to address the unique needs of each student. It continually scales and tracks performance every time a student interacts with each math problem, making it easier for teachers and parents to keep track of their kids’ progress over time. It features a comprehensive range of math problems delivered in a structured, module-oriented form to help kids with number recognition, plus and minus, and shapes and measurement.

I struggled with math growing up, frankly, there are days that I still struggle.  I do not want math to become a burden or pain point for my kids which is why I am excited when I see the kids sit down and open up Zapzapmath on their tablets.  Sure they are having fun getting those space creatures but they are also learning!
