It looks like you have had a great year! I love the posts about Colorado especially because I recently visited there for the first time this past July and love it so much! I'm so glad you posted this roundup. I never would have seen the instapot peach cobbler one. I've been meaning to try making peach cobbler, and using the instapot makes everything so much easier. My hubby loves peach cobbler, so I'll be surprising him with some!
