St. Patrick’s Day is around the corner, adding these Rainbow Rice Krispie Treat Pops to your treat table will add some color and fun!
I love St. Patrick’s Day, not because I am Irish but because I love all of the Rainbow treats!! I love rainbows so for me adding some rainbows to treats and recipes makes this day even more fun! This year I decided to go easy on the treats because March is already escaping me! How is it already time for St. Patrick’s Day? Crazy! I really like the idea of chocolate covered rice krispie treats but they can be a bit of a pain to eat so adding a paper straw to create a “Pop” out of them makes them a bit more fun and easier to enjoy. Ready for my recipe? Seriously people, these will take you minutes to make!
Rainbow Rice Krispie Treat Pops
Ingredients:
2. In a medium bowl melt white chocolate chips in microwave until melted.
3. Dip each Rice Krispie into the melted chocolate and cover completely. Use a spoon or knife to spread the chocolate around evenly.
4. Place each treat on paper straw
5. Sprinkle each treat with some Rainbow Sprinkles.
6. Place treats in a refrigerator for 15 minutes to chill.
I love how these came out and I know the kids will love them too! I especially love that I can make them in less than 30 minutes and end up a fun festive treat. Since Jude has such a small class I might end up making some for the room and simply put them in treat bags and tie them with cute rainbow ribbon.

Rice Krispy treats are already delicious and I didn’t think they could be anymore delicious and here you come with this super innovative recipe. Im going to have to make these. Not just for St Pattys either but like all the damn time.
These are so cute but so easy to make, too! I absolutely can’t resist anything with sprinkles. I think I might make them for my next party because they are portable and not too messy 🙂
These are so fun! My daughters love helping in the kitchen and would have so much fun baking these with me. What a perfect spring break treat and activity for next week in our home!
OMG IF I COULD GOBBLE UP 20 of these, I totally would. SERIOUSLY THOUGH – I would jump in front of a bus for these! Sadly because of all my allergies I can’t 🙁
I bet the kids would love this
