Getting dressed up, drinking bubbly, actually staying up until midnight and ringing in the New Year!    Oh how everything changes once those little ones enter your world. I am lucky if I make it to NYC’s New Year and goodness knows those yoga pants are about as fancy as I am getting!  HA!!  Oh Parenthood. Just because you can’t attend the party of the year, doesn’t mean you cannot have some fun with the family for this special event.

Denver Children’s Museum – Noon Year’s Eve 
Monday December 31st
9 am – 4 pm

We’re bringing in the sights, sounds and excitement of Times Square to the Children’s Museum — all before bedtime!  Our celebration is filled with ball drops and countdowns each hour, rainbow confetti, bubble wrap fireworks, art projects, music, special characters and more!

Under 1: Free
Ages 1 & 60+: $14
Ages 2 – 59: $16
Members: 50% discount

YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park Colorado – New Years Eve Family Dance
Monday December 31st
8:30pm-10pm

Dress up and get ready to ring in the New Year! Watch the ball drop at 10:00 PM, enjoy a DJ, and some snacks and drinks!  More information on the facilities here.

See our experience at this fun family dance.  We are so excited to be heading back this year to ring in the New Year — New Years Weekend at YMCA of the Rockies Estes Park.

Denver Zoo – Zoo Year’s Eve
Monday December 31
5:30pm to 9:00pm

Join us on December 31, 2017 for Zoo Year’s Eve during our Zoo Lights celebration. The evening features fun activities for the entire family and an early New Year’s Eve countdown at 9 p.m. so your little ones can enjoy the holiday and still get home for bed early.

Belmar Shopping Center Lakewood Colorado –  Noon Year’s Eve On The Rink
Monday December 31st
11:00am to 1:00pm

Celebrate with us at the rink! Join us for a New Year’s Eve countdown at Noon rather than Mid-night. Wear your festive attire and take a few laps around The Rink to bring in the New Year!

Regular admission – noise makers and party hats included.

WOW! Children’s Museum Lafayette Colorado – New Years Eve Party

10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm

Party #1 –
Ring in the New Year at WOW! before bedtime! Join us for noisemaker crafts, face painting, the Bunny and Birdie Comedy Magic Show at 11:00am, and refreshments – all leading up to the grand countdown celebration at 11:30am!

Tickets: $10 per child; $6 per Member Child and $5 per adult.

New Years Eve Fireworks – Downtown Denver
Monday December 31st

The sky will once again sparkle over downtown at the close of 2018 with the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Downtown. The two spectacular fireworks shows will occur at 9 p.m. and midnight. For the best viewpoints, stand along the 16th Street Mall. Costumed entertainers will interact with crowds between shows, including magicians, mascots, balloon artists, stilt walkers and comedians.

Please note, between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m., RTD Light Rail trains will not cross the 16th Street Mall, and mall ride shuttles will stop temporarily during the two fireworks shows.
