Camp Christmas – Where Everyone & Everything Is Festive!
When I got the invite to check out Camp Christmas I was questioning what I was getting myself into. From the promo video it looked like a chaotic room of all things Christmas. I invited one of my good friends and we stepped into Camp Christmas unsure what to expect. We had the best time!! Not only was it a perfect ladies night out but it was a great way to really get into the holiday spirit! We took a lot of crazy pictures and enjoyed our time.
What Is Camp Christmas?
An over-the-top holiday extravaganza as big as the season it celebrates.
Not for the faint of festivity, this over-the-top indoor immersive installation turns the holiday spirit all the way up with mesmerizing displays of decorations that shift time and reality. Camp Christmas is Denver’s newest holiday experience, where yuletide traditions of the past and present get merrily mashed together in a massive 10,000-square-foot wonderland. It’s not just pretty lights and mistletoe. This is where Marie Antoinette commands a Rococo sleigh, where ancient Roman festivals become Santa-fied, and where pink is more than just a color – it’s a place. Come in from the cold with your whole family and get wrapped in the ooey-gooey, odd and sweet rituals that have brought light to the darkness of winter for thousands of years.
Camp Rules To Be Aware Of
Be Holly Jolly: “Forget your troubles – c’mon, get campy!” But seriously, don’t be a Scrooge and have fun!
Bring Provisions: You are welcome to carry drinks and food from Santa Bar with your throughout your journey. Stay on the Nice List by properly disposing of your trash and recycling when you are finished.
Say Cheese!: When the inspiration strikes, take and post all of the photos you want. Don’t forget to tag #CampChristmas too! If you want a group shot just ask a Camp Counselor.
Keep Your Mittens To Yourself: There are fragile decorations all around. Please only touch the things that invite you to do so.
Have a Seat: Need to take a break? Feel free to sit on furniture everywhere you go.
Need Help?: Just ask a friendly Camp Counselor!

Should You Visit Camp Christmas?
Short answer…YES! We had a great time at Camp Christmas. We laughed, we learned a little more about Christmas traditions through the years and we came up with new ways to decorate our house for the holidays! When planning your event, keep in mind that there are a lot of things for kids to get into. While I do think my kids would have found this interesting and fun I think I would have said “DON’T TOUCH” about 100 times!
This is not a show or event, instead you walk at your own pace, you can enjoy some delicious drinks and food from the Santa Bar, complete the Merry Badges activity and crack those silly pun trees. We spent about 45 minutes exploring. Camp Christmas will be at The Stanley Marketplace from November 21st until January 5th, still plenty of time to stop in for some over the top Christmas fun!
