When I first started mixing this cake up I noticed how fluffy and full of air the batter was. I was a bit worried that the cake would not rise but it did and because it was so fluffy the cake stayed super moist and delicious. Now, when I tasted this cake it was great but I kind of wanted more orange flavor so I am wondering if I try to add orange yogurt next time I make this cake if I will get even extra orange into this delicious cake.

Oh my goodness, this looks amazing! I gotta admit though, I have never had an orange cake fo any sort and now I’m very curious as to how it tastes like especially because I love oranges or “ponkan”. I might just try my hands on this!
I saw your Pin for this on Pinterest and saved it. I can’t wait to try it. my husband loves pretty much any dessert with orange. I love how easy it is. I’m not much of a baker, but I bet I can make this happen.
