Crush That Sweet Tooth!

Look, I would love to say that I stay on plan with Weight Watchers all the time but that just isn’t the truth.  BUT when I am on plan, I get real serious about it.  So, when I want some cold yummy ice cream, I have to get a little creative and I have to say, this yummy Oreo Cookie Fluff is a fantastic sweet treat to have on hand when I need to crush that sweet tooth!!  A simple 4 ingredient recipe that you will love!

How To Make Oreo Cookie Fluff

I love sharing easy recipes with you but this one is so easy, it might be a little embarrassing.  Now if you are on WW you are probably wondering about those points.  For this recipe, when you use sugar free pudding, reduced fat Oreos, Skim milk and fat free cool whip you are looking at 4 points per serving on all plans!  Not too shabby!

Ingredients:

1 one ounce box Sugar Free instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups skim milk
8 ounce container of Fat-Free Cool Whip
6 reduced fat Oreos , crushed

Directions:

1. In a large bowl whisk together the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.

2. Fold in the cool whip and crushed Oreos.

3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour until the fluff has set.

4. Serve COLD!

**Makes 10 servings, serving size: 1 heaping 1/2 cup.

4 Ingredient Dessert

Told ya, it is so easy.  The hardest part is waiting for the fluff to set in the refrigerator before enjoying it!!  HA!  I like to make a batch of this and put it in a container with a lid and enjoy it for a few desserts.  It lasts for a good 2-3 days!  YUMMY!  I know this is going to be a great summer weather treat to enjoy!

I know that most reduced fat desserts typically contain added sugar. Wouldn’t it be better to use Oreo thins or regular ones? What is the point difference?
