For this fix I asked for some fall weather items and dresses.  Recently, I have wanted to either be in yoga pants or dresses and currently I only two dresses that fit.  So I specifically asked for dresses that could be transitioned from summer to fall.  In addition to dresses I also specifically asked for a pair of flair jeans…did you know they are back in style!!  YAY!!  Flair was always my favorite.  This is my 35th Stitch Fix, clearly something is working for me because I LOVE IT!!

Preparing For Fall With Stitch Fix

Item One – Kut From The Kloth Simmons Bootcut Jean

Well, since there isn’t a picture of me in these jeans you already know I’m not keeping them.  Unfortunately, they were way to tight…not my stylist’s fault at all.  To be honest my eating and exercise habits have been terrible so yeah, weight gain.  But I loved the look of them and if you have not experienced Kut From The Kloth yet you need too!!  It is a great jean brand that I love.  These were a size 14 and retailed at $58.00 – hello steal!!  The color was a great Indigo that would be awesome for fall.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Item Two – French Grey Dallin Knit Dress

This dress is exactly what I was thinking when I asked for transitional dresses for summer to fall.  The floral print was really pretty and the fun tie straps added a little extra.  The length of this dress was interesting, couldn’t decide if it was too long?  The fit was great in a size 1x, although the bottom of this dress did seem long and a lot of extra fabric.  This dress was $54.00, not a bad price for a dress that could be dressed up or worn for a casual outing.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Item Three – Mix By 41 Hawthorn Natasha Keyhole Knit Dress

Another fun dress!  I loved the navy color and great dot print.  Something different from the floral dresses I usually have.  This is a simple knit dress that fit great in a 1x.  I loved that it was sleeveless but the arm holes were perfect!  The cinch waist was very flattering too.  This dress was only $44.00!!  Love that!  The length was great and I feel like I can totally take this into fall with a jean jacket or cardigan.

Verdict – KEPT!

Item Four – Market & Spruce Trumer V-Neck Knit Top

This super comfortable top was a steal at only $28.00.  I think it fit great in a 1x but the color just isn’t my favorite.  Olive green is not a color I would normally pick up.  This is a top that would be great for any outing this fall.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Item Five – Vigoss Harrold Rolled Cuffed Capri

I did ask for capris again because I still have not found any other capris this summer.  My stylist did send me this great capris that fit pretty nicely in a 14W.  The color and cut were flattering and would have been great into fall.  These retailed at $68.00 which is a hard price to swallow right now.

Verdict – SENT BACK!
