Surprise!  Another month of pandemic shopping!  Let’s be real, I really have no reason to buy new clothes right now but I cannot help it!  I miss shopping and Stitch Fix is a great way to get my shopping fix all while staying at home!  My biggest complaint with Stitch Fix is my pandemic budget, makes it super hard to not buy the whole fix!  My request to my stylist for December was a few tops that would be comfortable but could be dressed up a bit for Christmas and New Year.  Once again, my stylist did amazing!

Plus Size Fashion – Stitch Fix Fun For December

Item One – LETY & ME Lynne Pullover

This super soft pullover jumped right out to me when I opened my fix.  I do love stripes and have a ton of tops with stripes but the grey and white colors was something I really enjoyed.  In a size 1x, this top fit great, comfortable but not frumpy.  This top could be a perfect weekend top or an evening out top depending on what bottoms and jewelry I wear with it. At $44.00, this was a decent price in my opinion.

Verdict – KEEP!

Item Two – Kaileigh Soll Mixed Material Top

I have received a few of these types of tops.  I do think they are comfortable and a great option for a versatile look but I also think the floral print looks a bit “old”.  This top is a size 1x and I believe it fit nicely.  For $46.00, this top was not too pricy but with the thin material I feel like it was out of my budget for this fix.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Item Three – MICHAEL Michael Kors Sariyah Mix Material Blouse

Okay, this is a top that when I look at the photos I am in love with it.  It is super flattering and something that I could wear for many occasions.  BUT, do you see the wrinkles??  I have a top like this already and the wrinkles NEVER go away…no matter what I do or how I care for the top.  At $68.00 it was way out of my price range too.  This is a 1x and fit great but I had to pass on it.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Item Four – Love Ellie Mia Back Detail Pullover

This dark green pullover screamed Christmas to me when I opened my fix.  Another super soft and comfortable top that can be dressed up or down.  I loved that it could be looked at as a simple top but the back detail adds something a little more fun!  In a 1x it fit great, the sleeves were a little shorter than I am used to but other than that, it was a great top.  For $46.00 it was a bit pricey but decided it would be my Christmas Day top!

Verdict – KEPT!!

Item Five – Violets & Roses Harrietta Skinny Pant

These navy pants were way out of my normal.  Not jeans or leggings!  HA!  I was pleasantly surprised at how great they looked and felt too. Last month, I was a not a fan of the pants they sent but these pants were not only a great fit but a great color.  These are a size 16 and they are a bit snug….that pandemic weight!! At $58.00, they were a great price too.  My biggest issue with these, was when and where I would wear them.

Verdict – SENT BACK!

Another pandemic style Stitch Fix in the books!  All of these items were really great but I couldn’t keep them all.  I am excited for another year of Stitch Fix fun…big hopes of being able to get some outfits for occasions outside of the house!
